Lilly first connected with Advance the Faith in 2020 during a mission trip to Cat Island in partnership with her university. Since then, she has completed multiple internships with Advance the Faith and earned a Master of Divinity from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

In 2025, Lilly stepped into a new role, serving as the Discipleship and Mentoring Director, but now serves part-time as the Social Media Lead. She is passionate about equipping others to grow in their faith and pursue spiritual maturity and is excited to work in ministry with her husband in the local church.
