Angela Rackely-Meadows

Youth Development Officer

Bringing over 30 years of experience in youth development, organizational leadership, and change management, Angela joins the Advance the Faith team eager to empower young people and foster success in diverse communities. 

She currently serves as CEO at Our Mothers Home of SWFL, where she ensures that teen mothers impacted by the foster care and human trafficking systems have a safe space and place to create a vison and life for their selves. Angela has also served as Executive Center Director for the Gary Job Corps Center, the largest in the United States, where she led a campus of 1,450 students, 518 staff members, and over 100 buildings. Her leadership extended across multiple Job Corps centers nationwide, including Shriver, Little Rock, Albuquerque, Sacramento, and Charleston. She also worked as Corporate Director of Student Support Services with Insights Training Group LLC, overseeing social development, counseling, and residential programs across multi-center sites.

Angela began her career at Youth Empowerment Services in Albany, NY, providing counseling and case management for adolescents under 21. She has served on boards such as Holding Our Own, The Women’s Building, and Liberty Partnerships Programs, and has been a presenter at the North Atlantic Training Institute for Sexual Health. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Community Psychology from SUNY Empire State University.

Angela is the proud wife of Roland Meadows Jr. and mother of four amazing adult children: Terrance, Tai, Toni, and Tavion. She is committed to providing a safe space for youth in foster care or human trafficking systems, empowering them to create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
