Chad Eastman joined the Advance the Faith team in 2026 as the Director of Discipleship and Mentoring at Advance the Faith, where he plays a key role in recruiting, training and maintaining healthy mentorships within the Advance the Faith Academy. With a deep commitment to seeing believers grow and mature in Christ, Chad works with mentors, mentees and the ATF Academy team to help faithfully fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) in the context of one-on-one Christ-honoring mentorships. Chad holds a Masters degree in Intercultural Studies/Bible and a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies which helps him as an ATF Academy curriculum contributor. Chad’s passion is to show people the genuine love of Christ and to spread Biblical literacy far and wide. He also LOVES being a “Girl Dad”, reading/learning/researching, laughing, beaches, Marvel movies, and the Green Bay Packers.
