OUR JOURNEY
In 2009, we received the call to disciple young people in the U.S. and serve vulnerable children in the Bahamas. Over the next several years, the opportunities grew to include serving in Haiti and taking over 100 people a year on mission trips. The growth led to the incorporation of Youth 4 Orphans as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in 2016. What began as mission trips to the Bahamas and Haiti transformed into an organization focused on equipping promoting cultures of discipleship, and service.
Why Rebrand?
Our organization has been dedicated to serving locally and abroad for over 14 years, but as time passed, we realized that our original name, Youth 4 Orphans, and branding no longer reflected our evolving vision and goals.
After much thought and lots of prayers, we have rebranded into Advance the Faith. Our efforts in the Bahamas and Haiti are still part of our mission along with mentoring through our online Academy, internship opportunities, and coming soon coaching!
Changing our visual identity and messaging helps us to communicate our mission in an effective way. We feel Advance the Faith relays our greatest mission, to advance the mission of Jesus Christ. Through Him we find our identity and provision to our mission he has set out.
