Roland Meadows, Jr.

Faith & Fitness Lead

Roland joined the Advance the Faith team in 2026 to create and facilitate our Faith and Fitness program, serving at-risk teens in the foster care system. Each week during this 12-week program, he shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ and strengthens the boys’ bodies and spirits through competitive exercises, biblical teaching, and Scripture memory verses.

Roland is especially passionate about working with at-risk foster youth as a former troubled youth himself. Luke 12:48, “For whom much is given, much is required,” guides him to lead this program with faith and purpose, pointing young men to the Gospel and redemption found in Jesus Christ.

As a licensed minister, he is dedicated to spreading the Gospel and serves in Cape Coral, Florida as the Chaplain for the Disabled American Veterans, Post 108, and the Assistant Chaplain for the American Legion, Post 90.

And the King shall answer and say unto them, ‘Verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” Matthew 25:40, KJV
